QR partners

The programme, in plain words.

A QR partner prints a free unplan flyer and puts it on a notice board or another place they may use. Every scan of that code is counted for them, and when a couple who came through it pays unplan, the partner earns a share. This page is the programme's terms (version placement-2026-10). Nothing on it is a job or a promise of income.

What you get

  • A free, personalised flyer as a PDF (A4 or US Letter, a low-ink version too) with your own QR code and the same address in words.
  • A dashboard with your counts: scans, sign-ups, couples, couples who had their first date, couples who paid. Counts only.
  • A share of what unplan earns from couples who came through your code, under the terms below.

You print it yourself and put it up where you are allowed to. We post nothing, print nothing and pay for no placement.

How a scan is counted

Your code opens unplan.me/p/<your code>. unplan counts the scan without knowing who scanned (a daily, salted hash), and the visitor carries your code on to the sign-up. A couple counts for you from the day they sign up with your code, for 12 months (the attribution window), when yours was the first code they arrived with. We cannot follow a person across devices: a couple who scans on one phone and signs up on another may not be counted. Our records decide who is attributed to whom.

What you earn

  • A flat share of net revenue: what unplan receives from an attributed couple’s subscription or one-off purchase, after taxes and card fees. The share and the window are set in the programme and shown on your dashboard (as proposed: 10 % for 12 months). We may change them for the future, never for what was already earned.
  • Nothing for a scan, a sign-up or a couple who never pays. Nothing for recruiting other partners (one level only).
  • A payment refunded or disputed within 30 days takes its share back. A row is held while a dispute is open.

Figures on your dashboard are estimates until approved: a card fee is estimated until the real one is known, and a row becomes payable only after its hold (at least 30 days).

Payouts

  • Payouts go through Stripe: you set up a Stripe account from your dashboard, Stripe collects what the law needs (identity, bank details) and we never see or store them.
  • We pay the approved balance once it reaches the minimum shown on your dashboard, in the currency it was earned in.
  • Where this platform cannot pay out to your country yet, your code and your counts still work, and the balance waits until a payout route exists. We will say so on your dashboard.
  • You are responsible for your own taxes. A payout may need a tax form first; Stripe or we will ask.

Being straight with people

  • Say plainly, when asked, that you earn a commission when couples sign up through your code.
  • Put the flyer only where you may: your own notice board, or one whose owner agreed.
  • Say nothing about unplan that is not on this site, and do not promise anyone a date, a place or a price.
  • No spam, no fake accounts, no posting the code where it is not wanted. We may close a code that is misused and keep what was earned fairly until then.

Your data, and theirs

  • We keep your name, your address, your country, the terms you accepted and your Stripe account id, to run the programme and pay you. You may ask us to delete your account; what the law requires us to keep for accounting stays for that time.
  • You never receive a couple’s personal details from us: not names, not addresses, not what they did. Your dashboard shows counts and amounts.
  • unplan’s privacy page applies to you as it does to everyone.

Changes and endings

We may change the programme’s share, window, minimum or hold for the future with notice on your dashboard; earned rows keep the terms they were earned under. Either side may end the partnership at any time: a retired code stops counting, and what was earned is still paid under these terms.
