Who can apply.

Nine groups, and we add types as couples ask for them. You can be a one-person business or a larger company, as long as you are a real, registered business that is good at what you do.

• Time and care

  Babysitting and childcare, pet sitting, dog walking, home cleaning before a date.

• Looking and feeling good

  Hair and barbers, makeup, nails, a spa, couples massage, a personal stylist.

• Getting there

  Chauffeurs and limousines, vintage or luxury car hire, sober-ride services, bike, boat and scooter tours.

• Food and drink

  A private chef at home, date-night meal kits, cooking and baking classes, tastings, picnic hampers, custom cakes, food tours.

• Experiences

  Escape rooms, art, pottery and dance classes, concerts, theatre and comedy, sports events, museum nights, stargazing, adventure parks, mini golf, bowling and arcades, hot-air balloons.

• Occasions and gifts

  Florists, jewellers and engravers, personalised gifts, room decorators, proposal planners, anniversary packages, couple photographers.

• Connection

  Couples workshops, coaching and relationship events, couples yoga and fitness. Sensitive, so the checks are stricter and we are clear about what each one is and is not.

• Stays near home

  A staycation hotel or boutique inn in the couple’s own city.

• Venues

  Restaurants, bars and activity venues that want more than a listing. A venue can also use the free form on the venues page.

We open groups and cities one at a time, so an application may wait while we get to your city. Applying is not a listing: nobody is listed until the checks below are done.

How we check.

Every partner goes through the same steps, whether we found you or you applied here. A person decides at each one, and nobody is listed on a promise.

   DocumentsYour business registration, insurance, and any licence your trade needs. They have to be current and match the business name.

   ReputationReviews, references, a search for complaints, and one call with you. We look for real, recent reviews and someone easy to deal with.

   A test bookingSomeone from our team books or visits once, as a customer. It should be on time, as described, fairly priced and polite.

   ProbationThe first bookings only, watched closely. You move on after a good run of bookings with good ratings and no unresolved complaint.

   OngoingCouples rate a service privately afterwards. A complaint pauses a listing at once, and documents are checked again every year.

Some types take longer: childcare, rides, spa and massage, and everything under Connection need stricter checks, and sometimes a lawyer’s view of the local rules before the first listing.

What we promise.

• No paid placement. Partners are chosen for fit and quality, never for what they pay. A partner can carry a “partner” label or an offer; nobody buys a better position.
• Discreet. Nothing about couples is sold or shared. A partner only gets what a booking needs: a time, an address to collect from, a headcount, for that request only.
• Inside unplan. Couples ask for and pay for services in unplan, not in an open marketplace, so you don’t get a couple’s email or phone unless they choose to share them.
• Plain terms. What unplan earns on a booking, and how it can change, is written in the partner agreement you read before you are listed. A complaint pauses a listing while we look into it.
