Tell Unplan your bills, income and the categories you actually use. It reads the receipts that land in Gmail, keeps a real Google Sheet in sync so nothing lives anywhere new, and hands you one number every morning.

safe to spend
Invite your partner in. Same bills, same balance, same forecast — enforced on our end, not an honour system.
Everything mirrors two-way into your own Google Sheet. Close the app and your numbers are still yours.
Budgeting & planning, no card on file, ever.
Sign in with Google. Gmail receipts start arriving as candidates to confirm.
Add your income and bills. Unplan projects the next 120 days.
Check "safe to spend today" before you buy. That's the whole ritual.
Coming soon: whatever's left at day's end sweeps into a saving pocket.
Mobile wallets open at thirteen; school starts at six. Unplan is built for the seven years in between — a real way to pay that a parent fully controls. This is the Family tier below, in development — Basic today is budget planning for the household.

Everything a family needs to plan and track a month — categories, bills, the safe-to-spend number, Gmail receipts, your own Sheet — costs nothing. The only paid piece is having statements fetched for you instead of doing it by hand.

Also on the road map: kid cards & allowance (Family tier, in development) — not part of the budgeting product above.
Yes — Basic is free for as long as you use it: Google sign-in, Gmail receipts, two-way Sheet sync, safe-to-spend and the 120-day forecast. The paid steps on the road map are optional and only charge when they add automation you want.
In your own Google Sheet, in your own Google Drive, mirrored two-way with the app. You can open, edit or export it any time, and if you leave, the Sheet simply stays yours — there's nothing to migrate.
Right now we cover the EU and the UK. Sync's bank connection (via Enable Banking) covers EU and UK bank accounts, and the roadmap features are being built for both regions first.
That's exactly the gap Unplan's Family tier is built for. A parent provisions a virtual card inside the app with a daily limit; the child pays with a simple, controlled app instead of a general-purpose mobile wallet — so kids in markets where wallets are 13+ can still pay from age six, fully supervised.
No. Kids see only their own balance, allowance and history. Parents see the household. This is enforced on the server — not just hidden on screens — so a kid's login can't reach anyone else's numbers.
Sync is coming soon and Family is in active development. Tap any step's status badge to join its waitlist — the more interest a step gets, the sooner it ships.
Unplan is live today across the EU and UK. Add your email and start in a couple of minutes with the Google account you already have.
